Cancellation Policy for WINNINGKART GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (E-commerce Retail Platform):

Cancellation before Shipment:

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation through the following methods:

  1. Via 'My Orders' Section:

    • Go to your account Click on 'Orders' Select the order you want to cancel Click 'Order Details'.
    • Click 'Cancel Item,' select the item(s) to cancel, provide the reason, and confirm.
    • Once submitted, your item(s) will be canceled, and the refund process will begin.
  2. Via Help Center:

    • Click on 'Have a Concern' 'Write To Us' 'Submit a Request.'
    • Provide order ID details and your cancellation request. Customer support will respond within 24 hours.
  3. Via Email or Call:

Refund Process:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment:
    • Refund initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
    • Credit/debit card or net banking refunds take 5 business days.
    • COD refunds not applicable.

Usage of Discount Vouchers or Loyalty Points:

  • Discount vouchers are treated as used even if the order is canceled.
  • Redeemed loyalty points will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:

How to Return an Item:

  1. Indian Orders:

    • Initiate return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
    • Options: Account section, Help Center, or Email.
    • Provide order details, and if approved, the item will be picked up.
  2. Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • Damaged due to misuse, without original packaging, tampered serial number, used or altered.
    • Categories like customized products or personal care appliances may have restrictions.

Damaged or Defective Item/Wrong Product:

  1. Initiate Return Within 15 Days:

    • Follow steps in 'How to Return an Item.'
    • Provide images of the damaged/defective item.
  2. Refund/Replacement Process:

    • Initiated upon receiving products in original packaging.
    • Replacement subject to stock availability.

Free Gift Return:

  • The free gift must be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Partial Order Return:

  • Return can be created at the item level. Full return required, including complimentary gifts.

Refund Process:

  • Refund initiated within 24-48 business hours after receiving and verifying returned products.
  • Credit/debit card or net banking refunds may take up to 5 business days.
  • COD transactions refunded via bank transfer in 5 business days.
